I stumbled upon your blog a week ago and I am so glad I did! I am in the process of finishing my pre-reqs for nursing at a junior college and as I start to shadow an NP and a PA work with a doctor, I am suddenly coming to a realization that I might want to pursue a career in medicine. However, I have two more semesters left before I apply as a transfer to nursing schools at different universities and I don't want to switch to a "traditional" major to pursue medicine because I am almost done with my nursing pre-reqs. That means I would have to start all over again if I decide to major in something traditional like Biology. I have heard that other med school admissions do not like nurses to pursue medicine because of the nursing shortage (they always say there is nursing shortage, but I really don't see it! So much competition to get into nursing school nowadays. Haha) However, I refuse to take "the leap" before going through nursing school and seeing for myself if I truly want to pursue medicine. I also plan on participating in missions trip to third world countries - specifically, in the Philippines, where I was born! Any helpful advice for me? Any and all!
Congratulations on your baby bump! You will be such a great Mom!
Thank you so much for reading and for taking the time to leave a comment! Your lovely comments really make my day :) I appreciate and enjoy every comment even though I don't always have time to reply.
(I also often reply via email, unless you are a no-reply blogger).
Sweet love letters :)
ReplyDeleteYay! These are so sweet. I love your cute little bump! (Mine is about the same size right now.... Not in a cute way, though. lol.)
